Suggest Use
Adults: Take 1 full tablespoon 1-3 times per day. Enjoy in a salad dressing, mix with water, juice, sparkling water, or on its own as a wellness shot.
If you have rather sensitive stomach, we suggest you to mix in water as it contains vinegar which is acidic.
